Questions, before you get in touch.
A few things people usually want to know before they send an enquiry. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
01 Which areas do you cover?
We work across London and the Home Counties, most often in London, Watford, Slough, Reading, Guildford and the areas around them.
If you are nearby but not on that list, ask — we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.
02 What happens after I send an enquiry?
We read what you have told us and reply using the phone number or email address you gave.
From there we talk through the property, where the equipment should go and any existing wiring, so that everything is agreed before work is arranged.
03 What details are useful to include?
The service you need, the type of property, where the equipment should go, and anything already installed.
For a repair, it also helps to know what has stopped working and roughly when you first noticed it.
04 Do you work on both homes and commercial properties?
Yes. We install for houses and flats as well as commercial premises.
Tell us which it is when you get in touch, because it changes what we need to ask about access and cabling.
05 Can you work with equipment I already have?
Often, yes — an existing aerial, dish, camera system or cable run can sometimes be reused or extended.
Whether it makes sense in your case depends on the condition and the layout, so describe what is already there and we will talk it through.
06 Do you repair systems as well as install them?
Yes. Alongside new installations we handle satellite and TV aerial repairs and the associated cabling.
Describe the fault and when it started, and we will take it from there.
07 How do I get in touch?
By phone or WhatsApp, by email at support@sltelevisions.co.uk, or through the enquiry form on the contact page.
We answer monday to friday, 8am – 5pm.
